About my services
I have become a health coach to help people achieve their optimal health and well-being by discovering foods and lifestyle that is best suited for each individual to feel healthy, happy, and balanced. I have been on this journey of discovery myself and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others. As a busy professional woman, I understand the importance of practical solutions that can be realistically implemented into everyday life. My health philospohy is about finding balance in the different aspects of my life and using food to nurture my body and mind to perform at its best.
During the 6-month programme we will work together to create and achieve the goals you set for yourself and your life. We will have 12 sessions, precisely two per month, over the course of six months.
During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.
